I.- AUCTION RULES

1.- In order to participate in the auction one must register at the information office..

2.- A deposit of EUR100 must be paid.  This deposit will be returned at the end of the auction if no purchase has been made.  The deposit will be used towards payment if a purchase has been made.

3.- The used modality is that of  "silent auction".

     From the hour of opening, the bidders will be able to realize offers in writing using any of three offered modalities:

     a.- With the forms enabled to such an effect in which it will have to consist: the number of lot for the one that one bid, the number of bidder who appears in the leaf of inscription, and the offered price.

     b.- Across Equus Arabians's web page (www.equusarabians.com) or sending an e-mail to the address info@equusarabians.com, detailing the personal information of the bidder (name and surnames, D.N.I or passport, address complete, telephone of contact and e-mail), n º of lot for the one that bid, and the offered price

     c.- Across SMS to the telephone +34 650919861, indicating the same information that in the option b.

    Every lot will have a price of reservation that of not be reaching, one will proceed neither to your adjudication nor sale. Once this price is reached by some offer, it will report in the slates by means of a green badge. From this moment the specimen will be awarded to the highest bid

   Every ½ one will proceed hour to the opening of the urns and examination of the existing offers. The highest of all of them and for every specimen, it will be annotated in the informative slates.

   The hour of opening of the auction is to the 14.00 h. and that of closing to the 18.00 h.

   Effected the closing of the auction already more offers will not be able to be realized. It will turn out winning the one that has offered the highest number, once overcome the price of reservation.

   The contracts of dealing will be signed immediately after the ending of the auction

4.- At the cost of auction and adjudication, 16 % of TAX will have to be added.           

      The price will have to do cash to you in the maximum space of seven days after the signing of the contract and by means of bank transfer to the number of account that is indicated in this one.

      Passed the term of indicated payment, and of S.L not having become effective the same one in its entirety, Equus Arabians – Agropecuària del Moianès, S.L. - it saves it self the right to choose between demanding the fulfillment of the contract or, rescinding of automatic form the sale, perceiving 20 % of the price with a view to hurts and prejudices.                                                                                         

II.- INSPECTION OF THE HORSES

1.- The interested parties will be able to proceed to examine personally or across your veterinarian of confidence, all the specimens object of auction during the days before the Festival, and along the whole day, except in the times of exhibition in track. After the adjudication of the lot there will be accepted either any type of claim nor additional examination .

2.- For the examination and managing in the exterior of the stalls they will have to request the assistance of the personnel of the Festival, enabled to such an purpose.                                                               

3.- In order that the buyers have the best possible information, to the margin of the veterinary assistance which they themselves could possess, the veterinary team of the Festival, Dr. Guillem Formiguera (for questions of reproduction) and Dr. Eduard Gascón (for questions of general medicine), they will be able to inform them all that they should be necessary and the physical condition of every specimen.
